Our Story
Founded in Kolkata in 1990, Biswajit Sarkar began as an intellectual property law firm and, through years of working across the many layers of IP law, grew into a practice that also covers corporate affairs, international trade and information technology.
Our international litigation experience includes empanelment with the U.S. Consulate in Kolkata, the British Deputy High Commission in Kolkata and the French Trade Commission in Mumbai, alongside ties to national and international chambers of commerce.
